damigellaGimp is a graphic program which is obviously meant for people with better skills than me. Still, I decided to give it a try. You can have a look at the result, but please notice that while it contains no unacceptable nudity it is definitely NSFW. I'd give it an NC-17 rating, or maybe R. Yes, I know it could be better, but it's a first attempt.

You could also duplicate patches of his throat and then just smear a bit around with the color. Um, did that make any kind of sense? I had a very nice instruction for stuff like that. Now if I could only remember where I put that ...
