Summary: Post 7x22, Wilson is staying with House to help him gradually reduce Vicodin. AU, possibly crack, mild spoilers for S7.
Rating: adult for implied sex.
Note: I took prompts #3 (speed, tent, soft) from yarroway’s Drabble Challenge for Camp sick_wilson.

Wilson’s heart rate had gone up, worse than on amphetamines. He hoped House would brake until the crash - then fell, pain shooting through his right arm.

“Wake up! Now!”

“House, what happened?”

“You tell me. I wasn’t the one shouting.”

“Sorry. Did I wake you up?”

“Unfortunately no, my leg was keeping me awake.”

Wilson checked the time: still twenty minutes to the next Vicodin. House’s hands were clenched on his bandaged thigh, but Wilson’s attention focused on the misshapen boxers.

“Maybe I can help you relax?”

When House swallowed his pill forty minutes later, his underwear looked comfortable again.

A good doctor, if in this occasion not altogether selfless. I'm not even sure, to quote selkie3's pun, that he just lent a hand instead of other body parts ;-).

Yay! But maybe I'll just write something, no matter who wins, and make it a 'choose your own adventure'-like story with two outcomes! So you can continue to root for Japan!
I can't help but think of Hope as Han Solo - the boyfriend keeps calling her that; he's a Star Wars boy...

That's great news! And I'm happy I'm not the only one to think of Han Solo - I thought it was yet more evidence of my advanced age :).
