Disclaimer: I don't own any of the House, MD characters, which is good since I tend to kill them.

At first he had of course needed lots of help, and he hadn't complained when Wilson's guilt had conveniently kicked in. Apparently the one who wasn't driving could feel guilty if left unscathed.

Later he could have done more himself, but by then they both had gotten used to Wilson doing the household chores. Besides shopping, cooking and cleaning, he picked up after House without complaint.

He stretched out more comfortably on his bed, then looked down at his own red, hard, throbbing cock. No way. Some activities needed a finer touch than the prosthetics hands could possibly give.

"Wilsooooon!"

this is very well-written but it really pushed my buttons because a friend of mine has hook hands and it breaks my heart to think of House having to deal with this especially because he couldn't play the piano like that and it seems to be one of the few things he really gets any joy from.

You see, that's really a difference between me and you. You get House in a way I don't. Lefschetz had a happy, productive life without hands at a time when he really had to use some kind of hooks. I knew that House could do all of his work as well with artificial hands anyway.

And I forgot about music. Because of course all music in the world could disappear tomorrow and I might never notice (unless this also means that my telephone stops ringing). Well, good to know I don't have to earn my living by showing empathy to people.

You made my thoughts go to the too many people who have lost limbs in the recent wars, many of them on landmines - of which Italy is one of the world's greatest producers. [Guilt.] I can only hope the US is treating well their veterans.
