House was uncertain. The make-out with Dominika had turned him on, but his leg was hurting. He decided on one Vicodin and a quick wank; he could be done before the libido-killing opiate kicked in.

He closed his eyes and imagined Dominika riding him. As his cock took control, Dominika morphed into Cuddy, her beautiful breasts bouncing; he focused on her face as his climax approached.

Soon he was enjoying the post-coital endorphins, pointedly ignoring the fact that, when the strong waves of orgasm reached and overpowered him, the face in his mind's eye had been Wilson's.

It's ironic that House is imagining Dominika riding him when she's right out there on the couch, and more than willing :) Obviously that's not really what he wants. I like the contrast between this one and Wilsons's - Wilson is all angsty and imaginative about it, puts a lot of thought into it, and House is like - okay, let's get this done before the Vicodin kicks in :)

That, and he would be ashamed to give Dominika the equivalent of a quick wank :-). But I think both factors play a role.

And I think the difference between the two is also due to Wilson being very, very unhappy. On the other hand, writing the "let's get this done" House was fun. I like drabbles.
