Foreman would have been in much deeper trouble than Wilson if they had gone through with the transplant and then POTW would have been cured. I'm sure his wife would have sued PPTH's ass off.
Yes, it's the thing that really struck me from that episode - I started a story about it but it's stalled halfway at the moment. The million dollars could have been given back - the kidney not so much. House saved their asses there.
