The way you describe Wilson exploring House's scar was very sensual, and very fitting. Wilson rightly realises that this is House's most vulnerable area, and him letting Wilson do this to him is a measure of the trust House has in him. Once again Wilson's blindness, and the darkness of the room allow both of them to be more open than they have been before.
