And Wilson wouldn't have done it at all if there had been no reaction from House's body. I can imagine it starting by him once noticing a hard-on, and not resisting the temptation to bring House to orgasm, and being surprised at succeeding. This is the one way he can briefly pretend House is still alive. Still there. Still having some form of pleasure. I think it is not a coincidence that he makes sure that House has the "active" role in their encounters.
I liked your story, and it seems to go in the same direction. However, Almodovar's movie is really much closer to my fic (and it might contain an answer to your question, but one you may not like).
