alternatealto 's fic "Self Delusions", and contains spoilers for it. Self Delusions takes place (as explained by the author in a comment) in S6, shortly after the episode where Wilson kicks House out of the loft so he can be with Sam instead.
Warnings: Same as for Self Delusions.
